Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@mazara.se with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
